Purchased in 1960\'s from Shillito\'s Department Store in Columbus, OH . The Black base and band and dome of the hat are velvet. The Feathers are Red, White, Black, Yellow, and a few other colors popped in for design. 1960\'s Flapper style Cloche hat originally designed in the 1920\'s.
